Shelter from the Storm, Inc. was founded in 2023, but the work goes back much further. The compassion behind it was shaped over decades, by people who saw what abuse takes from a family and refused to look away.
We exist to be a refuge: a place where survivors can land softly, breathe, and find the people and resources that help them step into safety.
